Roger is Managing Director of the Enterprise Services
division of Jacobs Consultancy (formerly PFI Services). He has 36 years with the firm and directs our successful
and sought after team of public private partnership (PPP)
specialists.
He acts as
technical advisor to the funders for a number of complex defence PPP
projects and various healthcare, rail and schools projects. He also
led the entry into the provision of Independent Certifier services
to the UK PPP market, including monitoring of construction and
operation.
Prior to joining
Jacobs Consultancy, Roger had wide experience in Jacobs project
management of construction on a variety of building and civil
engineering projects around the world, including Tripoli
International Airport, the Arab Potash Township project in Jordan
and the Al Yamamah defence project for BAE Systems in Saudi Arabia.
