Richard Edmunds is an economist
and manager of multidisciplinary studies. His experience covers
the full range of transport (road, rail, aviation and airports,
maritime and multi-modal), for both passenger and freight. He is
a specialist in infrastructure evaluation and project delivery in
transport and related sectors, with special expertise in the provision
of high-level institutional and policy advice in both the public
and private sectors.
Richard has broad experience of financial appraisal, training needs
assessment and delivery, socio-economic and environmental issues
and poverty impact assessment. He has direct experience of working
closely with the major international funding institutions, including
the World Bank, EU, EBRD, ADB and DFID (UK), and is managing a number
of major framework contracts for these agencies on behalf of Jacobs
Consultancy.

Prior Experience:
Richard has been in consultancy for more than
30 years. Originally a transport planner in the UK, he has
been with Jacobs Consultancy (previously GIBB) for 13 years,
