With over 15 years' experience in transport consulting and modelling,
Paul has developed a specialisation in the evaluation of highway
schemes and strategies including the impact of real and shadow tolling
mechanisms on traffic forecasts, economic and financial performance.
His experience covers demand and revenue forecasting for studies
in Greece, Netherlands, Romania, Spain, UK and USA. In addition,
he has undertaken multi-modal studies at both the local and strategic
level in Portugal, Central Europe, the Balkans and the UK. Paul
has provided expert advice to both Public and Private Sector clients
including due diligence and Expert Witness services on traffic and
revenue projections in countries as diverse as Costa Rica, Ireland,
Mexico, Poland, Azerbaijan and Georgia.
