Jon Judah is the
Director responsible for the Transport and Infrastructure Services
for the London and South areas. Jon played a key role in
successfully winning the TfL Contract for the Central Area. Other
responsibilities include major TfL and DfT programmes in design and
transport modelling.
Jon has previously
held director level appointments in the public sector, dealing with
locally delivered services to regional impacts, from Waste
Collection and Management to Major Land Use Development. He has
also worked with the Treasury Office and DfT in pioneering Public
Service Agreements with local public sector organisations, in
developing enabling legislation.
Jon has managed
multidisciplinary services in offices where staff have numbered over
1,000, with the commensurate budget responsibilities for managing
major infrastructure projects, such as the £900m A13 DBFO. He is
also responsible for work undertaken with the private sector on
significant developments such as Battersea and Blue Water
developments.
The development of
centres of excellence is a key objective for Jacobs Consultancy and
the London region is developing two such areas, one in Transport
Modelling and the other specialising in complex Signal Junction
Design.
