Iain is the Associate Director in charge of the Edinburgh office.
He has over 17 years experience in strategic transport planning,
modelling, transport appraisal and economics. Iain's responsibilities
include business development and managing and leading project teams
to deliver quality services to high levels of client satisfaction.
Iain co-ordinates the company's work in Scotland and North East
England and ensures that appropriate links are made between teams
and that resources are available when required.
Iain's key experience includes; project management, with a proven
history of delivering large and small projects within time and budget,
with cost effective solutions to meet the client's needs. Iain has
extensive experience of transport modelling, for urban, inter urban
and regional projects. Iain has extensive experience of PFI/PPP
transport schemes, both public transport and highways. Experience
encompasses working for both concession bidder; providing patronage,
traffic and revenue forecasts, and for financial institutions, providing
audit and advisory services. Expertise also encompasses transport
assessment and appraisal of developments and transport schemes,
from Transport assessments for minor developments, through assessment
and appraisal of major transport infrastructure projects and strategies,
following STAG guidelines.
