Brian has over 25 years experience as a business manger and consultant
with broad experience both in the UK and internationally. Over the
years, he has specialised in the planning and investigation of infrastructure
developments. He has a strong record of working successfully with
clients as part of a core team providing high level, intensive advice
in critical business areas.
Key relevant experience includes business planning and investment
analysis for private sector participation across all modes including
Privatisation of Sealink Ferries (UK) and Kuching Port (Malaysia),
expansion of Sofia Airport (Bulgaria) and Kotoka Airport (Ghana),
Estonian Railways privatisation, commercialisation of Polish National
railways, Constantza port (Romania) and Azeri and Georgian railways,
shipping services in UK, West and Southern Africa, South East Asia
and the USA.
Brian has worked extensively in Europe, the former Soviet Union,
the Middle East, Asia and Africa.

Prior Experience:
Prior to joining Jacobs Consultancy Brian worked as a consultant
with Touche Ross (now Deloitte), in a number of infrastructure and
transport related consultancies, and as Planning Manager for Eurotunnel.
